We cover South West London and are fully insured. Contact us and we will arrange an on-site visit to assess works to be carried out.

If necessary, we will bring our RIBA approved Architect along and can give you a cost for planning and building regulations. We can also liaise with the local authority on your behalf (if needed). We will provide you with a free, detailed and simple to understand estimate for works. Upon agreement by both parties, contracts will be signed and a start & finish date agreed. A stage-payment structure shall be set up and agreed. Upon completion of each stage, payments will be made in arrears.

When works are complete, all relevant certification (planning approval, gas and electrical, etc.) and 10 year guarantee shall be passed onto the client.
