Step 3: subject to agreement, planning drawings for approval by you and submission to all relevant authorities.
Step 4: construction Contract which will be agreed by both parties.
Step 5: construction process.
Our London based architectural design services are flexible and customer friendly. We will help you from the initial consultation, sketch drawings, planning drawings and submission of drawings to all relevant authorities. You can work with our architect or we will be happy to work with your architect if that is your preference.
Our engineer is there to provide calculations with steel, foundations, underpinning, roof loads and roof design. If basement works are needed, he will prepare drawings for the removal of load-bearing walls or propping if required.
In short, we take care of everything, there are no “middlemen”. From initial consultation through to the design concept and then the finished project its all done by ATLANTIC design and build.
